This equipment adopts advanced cleaning technology, which can easily handle various stubborn dirt, including hard scaling and difficult to remove oil stains, ensuring thorough cleaning of the inside and outside of the heat exchanger tube bundle.


Automatic Cleaning and Worry Free

The SBC series shell side tube bundle cleaning machine can flexibly customize automatic cleaning programs through PLC programming according to customer needs, meeting diverse cleaning requirements. The equipment is equipped with a rotating spray gun and a highly flexible cleaning arm, which can efficiently cover the outside of the heat exchanger bundle, achieve comprehensive cleaning, and significantly reduce labor costs.

Designed with the 12 meter ultra long travel distance, it can meet the cleaning needs of the vast majority of heat exchanger bundles and easily handle cleaning tasks for heat exchanger tube bundles of different sizes and specifications.
